Solaqua is planning to occupy the mill space with a Foundry and Wood Shop, Studios, Art Shops, Retail Space, an Outdoor Solar Stage, Performance Space, a Solar Distillery and Brewery, as well as a Vehicle Conversion Center, and Classrooms.
