Restaurant
The 19th century wood frame building fronting Route
295, building 12, is a perfect location for a regional
foods restaurant and/or brewery or distillery,
with its prominent location, accessibility to parking,
and the 1,500 square foot open-air terrace connecting
to the core of the mill complex at Building 4.
The restaurant will be designed to include industrial
materials (concrete, glass bricks, zinc for table
tops, etc.) continuing the architectural theme
of historical industrial references that will unite
the entire complex. At the southeastern end of
the mill, buildings 1 and 2 are appropriate for
catering, event space and/or food processing.

Solaqua is now accepting inquires from applicants interested
in designing and operating a regional foods restaurant.
Turnkey or lease options are negotiable. The preferred
applicant will have an existing business that is looking
to expand; or is an experienced restaurant manager
with a strong desire to explore new opportunities.
Please send a letter of interest outlining experience
and goals to info@solaqua.org.
