A spacious special events catering hall will be created from a large area currently being utilized as a warehouse. This will serve to host a multitude of functions including wedding receptions, conferences, and parties. |

It is an established fact that the Chatham/Columbia County area is in need of overnight accommodations for tourists and visitors. A plan is in development for a small elegant hotel with approximately 20 rooms on the grounds of SOLAQUA Power & Art including a 25 foot sky lit atrium and private balconies overlooking the Stonykill for each room. |
