Participants
Currently, there are 20 restaurants participating in the waste vegetable oil recycling program. Every Friday, the vegetable oil is picked up in Chatham, Valatie, Ghent and Hudson from these restaurants in either the 5-gallon containers the vegetable oil is purchased in or in a 5-gallon bucket that we have provided.
