The decision by Artspace to partner with Solaqua in this redevelopment project, transforming an abandoned boxboard factory into redeveloped living and workspaces, marks the beginning of a new era at Solaqua. This partnership will shepard the Solaqua project through established redevelopment techniques and avenues of financial and technical support. Although Artspace has a long-standing reputation of successful redevelopment projects throughout the country, the Solaqua project's unique environemntal features will add an entirely new dimension to their project portfolio. It will be the first Artspace project that uses sustainable design and renewable energy practices.
